12th July - Lea 10k update
My time has been confirmed - 64 minutes 45 seconds for Charlie (age 5 on his bike) and me. I reckon that we lost at least ten minutes when Charlie cycled into a ditch and for a couple of ‘wee’ stops en route - so that, in theory, should put my 10k time nearer to 50 minutes. . . which in turn, hopefully, translates to a 5k time of 25 minutes.
Well that’s the theory anyway.
