Last ride of the year… it’s been a few weeks since we’ve been out and the excesses of Christmas showed… it was very slow.
We chose the Lungbuster route and the hack across the Common was hard work into a strong headwind. It also chilled the sweat that we’d worked up earlier on the route, so by the time we hit the Summer Cafe we were pretty cold.
